Joined a small Salesforce consulting firm and helped build the operational foundation for growth. Defined the target market, rebuilt the client acquisition and delivery process, and implemented the company’s operating framework. Revenue doubled, ARR grew by $1.5M, and average contract size doubled. Also stepped in to cover the CEO role for more than 10 months during the owner’s sabbatical while keeping the business running smoothly
Took over as GM/COO shortly before the pandemic disrupted the travel industry. Led a 90% reduction in force, helped restructure the business, and worked with engineering to rebuild internal systems around refund collection and customer recovery. The team recovered 85% of stranded customer funds and kept the business alive through an extremely difficult period.

Helped build a management company and venture studio from the ground up alongside the founder. Created the governance structure, shared services model, performance management systems, and operational foundation across multiple entities. Also supported go-to-market validation for a new business line and participated in both buy-side and sell-side acquisition evaluation.
Led product direction across the company’s internal and customer-facing platforms supporting airfare sales, ticketing, and customer service. Helped automate ticketing, fare construction, and support workflows, improving response times for sales and customer support teams by roughly 30%. Built affiliate and partner platforms from the ground up, including custom dashboards and onboarding workflows, and designed an automated accounting reconciliation system across airline systems, credit cards, and customer payments.
Served in board and leadership roles across nonprofit organizations focused on arts, literacy, civic development, and community service. Co-founded a nonprofit from the ground up, including 501(c)(3) formation, board development, and operational structure. Also led a chapter organization through a significant operational transition and facilitated strategic planning sessions for nonprofit leadership teams.
